Thrash Session November 3rd, 2012
Straight to the point and time for the Thrash Session! Time to get to work!
Thrash Session November 2nd, 2012
I am posting this a little bit late but the Thrash Session today was brutal! I went to Fallbrook Crossfit and spent some time thrashing with Lurong Living’s Danny Putnam. This guy is a beast! We did a hero WOD “Letandre” which was apart of the work out for the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge. Endurance WOD’s are my thing so I did alright. Anyways, give this workout a try and if you need to scale down reps or the movement do it.
Lt. Brian Scott Letendre died May 3, 2006, while conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Al Anbar province, Iraq. He was assigned to the Marine Forces Reserve’s Inspector and Instructor Staff, 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Plainville, Connecticut. In honor of Lt. Letendre and his 25th Marine Regiment this 25 minute Tribute WOD is meant to be difficult and to push athletes no matter what their skill level.
Rest Day November 1st, 2012
Hello everyone! Happy November! I hope that everyone enjoyed Halloween and got plenty of candy! I left JW a message today and didn’t get a response. My prayers are out to him, Andrew McClaren and the entire East Coast! I pray that everyone is safe and that all my followers and supporters are doing well!
As you know today is a Rest Day. I hope that you don’t just lounge around although I am guilty of doing that, and it is good to do every once in a while. Make sure you do a slow paced run, row or even bike to loosen up your muscles and put in some good stretching. This will help improve you get ready for the next day.
Every time I post a Rest Day, I like to post a video that can be some inspiration or I just find awesome! Here it is!
