Today Jaime and I are going to growth track at Grace North County and maybe start a little workout group/bible study depending on how everything goes. Today there will be no actual weight lifting! I hope everyone had a great day.

400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
10 Push Ups
10 Dips
10 Sit Ups
10 Lunges
10 Butt kicks

Burgener Warm Up: DAILY

Work Out: 5 rounds
12 Hand Release Push Ups
24 Box Jumps
36 Air Squats
