Warm Up:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
D.R.O.M.S
10 Caterpillars
10 Spider-mans
10 Scorpions
10 Supermans
10 Push Ups
10 PVC Pass Throughs

Work Out: Deadlift E.M.O.T.M (Every minute on the minute) @ body weight.

Skill Work: Turkish Get Up 5x5x5 manageable weight

Cool Down:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
Static Stretching
Rollout with Foam Roller/Lacrosse Ball
Ice down sore joints
