Weight Training: Overhead Squat 7x6x5x4x4
Set of 7 @ 60% of 1RM
Set of 6 @ 65% of 1RM
Set of 5 @ 70% of 1RM
Sets of 4 @ 80% of 1RM

Pull Ups
Push Press
Sit Ups

Cool Down:
400m Run
Static Stretching
Rollout Foam Roller/Lacrosse Ball
Ice down sore joints
