Warm Up:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
D.R.O.M.S
10 Lunges
10 Reverse Lunges with a twist
10 Burpee Broad Jumps
10 Scorpions
10 Supermans
10 Hip Thrusters

Burgener Warm Up

Weight Training: Back Squat 6X6X6X6

Sets of 6 @ 75% of 1RM

Work Out: 1 Round
1 Mile Run
40 Pull Ups
50 Burpees
75 Push Ups
100 Squats
1 Mile Run

Cool Down:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
Static Stretching
Roll out with foam roller/lacrosse ball
Ice Down Sore Joints!
