Hey everyone! Keep on doing work! Sorry I don’t have anything awesome to post right now expect for this workout! The content will be a whole lot better as soon as I get back with a lot more tactical/life and paretic post as well as more information on the show and some post from some contributors I am going to try and line up!

Warm Up:

400m Run/500m Row/600m Row
10 Samson Stretch with a twist
10 Reverse Lunges with a twist
10 Scorpion
20 Spiderman
20 Sit Ups
10 Hip Thrusters
10 Cats & Dogs

Weight Training: Front Squat 7X6X5X4X3X2X1
Sets of 7 @ 60%
Sets of 6 @ 70%
Sets of 5 @ 75%
Sets of 4 @ 80%
Sets of 3 @ 85%
Sets of 2 @ 90%
Sets of 1 @ 100%

For Time
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squat

Cool Down:
400m Run/500m Row/600m Bike
Static Stretching
Rollout with Lacrosse Ball or Foam Roller
Ice joints that are sore
