Burgener Warm Up

Weight Training: Snatch 6X6X6X6
All sets of at 6 @ 75% of 1RM

Work Out: 15 min A.M.R.A.P
5 Cleans @ 70% of 1RM
10 Pull Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings

Cool Down:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
Static Stretching
Rollout with Foam Roller/ Lacrosse Ball
Ice down sore joints
