Thrash Session 2Sept2012

Today we are just going to do a quick work out as well! It is labor day weekend and what better workout to do than honor a fallen warrior. This is the same warrior who we are honoring on the September 9th in the 9/11 Heroes Run. 1LT Travis Manion!

Warm Up:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Run
2 rounds
10 Lunges
10 Push Ups
10 Pulls Ups
10 Sit Ups
10 PVC Pipe Pass Throughs
10 Overhead Squats
Burgener Warm Up

Weight Training: Today none because of the high volume of squats in todays workout!

Workout of the Day:


Seven rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
135 pound Back squat, 29 reps

Cool Down:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
Static Stretching
Rollout with Foam Roller/Lacrosse Ball
Ice down sore joints
