Thrash Session is going to be fun just like every other person! I know the answer to this question but what is more important form or intensity? Let me here your arguments because this is always fun, sometimes it’s one sided but I want to hear everyone’s opinion.

800m Run/1000m Row/1600m Bike
D.R.O.M.S
10 Lunges
25m Jog
10 Karaoke
25m High Knee
10 FrankenStein Walk
25m Butt Kick
10 Scorpions
10 Cats and Dogs

Weight Training:Snatch Balance 6X6X6X6
All sets of 6 @ 65% of 1RM with 60 secs rest b/t each set

Work Out: 5 rounds
5 Cleans @ 70% of 1RM
10 Hand Stand Push Ups
15 Box Jumps

Cool Down:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
Static Stretching
Rollout with Foam Roller/Lacrosse Ball
Ice Down Sore Joints
