If everyone stays patient this program will be much more customizable to each person! I will have charts posted for your body weight and your max lifts. Therefore when I post a work out I post a percentage that entails what portion of your 1RM or body weight you should use. This will allow you to increase your work load and weight as your progression allows without getting you hurt. The design of this program uses the CrossFit model, with Olympic and Powerlifting programs. Coach Rudy Neilsen and all the gyms I have worked out have inspired this, and as I said before this is what works for me, I hope it will work for you.
