Happy Monday! Or maybe not if you are like me! Today was an okay day. I miss my wife and my daughter but they will be home soon. My dad just left town and we had a great weekend so now just waiting for Squish and Jaime.

Rest Day October 28th,2012

I hope everyone enjoyed church today! I did and had some family time with my dad which was awesome! We then went and saw Sinister, watched Episode 3 of the Walking Dead’s brand new season 3. I hope everyone is looking for to tomorrows Thrash Session and is ready for a new beginners program and soon as we get the camera. Have a great Monday, if that is possible!

Thrash Session October 28th,2012

Tonight’s gonna be a good night! Well whenever you do the thrash session it will! I hope every is enjoying their saturday! My father who is in his late 50’s did a crazy 3 mile run with me, pretty much straight up hill! I enjoyed it and was surprised at how well.

Start today!

Warm Up:
Jump Rope 5 minutes
D.R.O.M.S(Dynamic Range of Motion Stretching)
10 Frankenstein Walk
10 Reverse Lunges w/twist
10 Star Jumps
10 Burpees

Burgener Warm – Up

Weight Training:Should Press 8x8x8x3
Set of 8 @ 65% of 1RM
Set of 3 @ 75% of 1RM

Work Out: 5 Rounds
10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pull
15 Pull Ups
20 Sit Ups

Cool Down:
400m Run/500m Row/800m Bike
Static Stretching
Rollout with Foam Roller/Lacrosse Ball
Ice Down YO joints!

Post WOD Meal (15-30 minutes post WOD)
Post WOD Protein

Thrash Session October 27th, 2012

I hope everyone is ready for an awesome thrash session and awesome weekend! I sure am! My family is in town and I love having them. Makes it less lonely with Jaime and Sienna in Texas.

Thrash Session October 26th, 2012

As everyone knows, I passed my test and as soon as I receive my certificate I will be a CrossFit Level 1(CF-L1) trainer! Anyways, since my Thrash Sessions are my own little work out program that I do, I am going to post one for today in celebration.
